    The cost from Cornell University is $899. You will need the discount code, which will be forwarded to you once you fill out this form. This discount is $300 off the Cornell price. This form is your application for the NCBA Scholarship. You will need to provide proof of registration in order to receive the scholarship and have been an NCBA member in good standing for 3 years. The amount of the scholarship and number of scholarships to be awarded are to be determined in February or March 2022.
